Jussi Manninen is Executive Vice President at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. He is responsible for the business area of Carbon Neutral Solutions, where the main focus is on systemic and technological solutions to de-carbonize the economy and society . He previously worked for the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy, where he was responsible for implementing the Finnish Government’s key projects on the Bioeconomy and Cleantech and the Finnish bioeconomy strategy. Mr. Manninen holds a PhD in Process Integration from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
