Fabio Fava is Full Professor of “Industrial & Environmental Biotechnology” at the University of Bologna, Italy since 2005. He has about 180 papers on peer-reviewed international journals in the fields of circular Bioeconomy where he coordinated the FP7 projects NAMASTE and BIOCLEAN. He is the Italian Representative in the: a) “States Representatives Group” of the CBE JU partnership, b) “European Bioeconomy Policy Forum” (DG RTD); c) Cluster 6 programming committee and Mission Healthy Soil and Food, Horizon EU (DG RTD), d) BLUEMED initiative GSO WG, e) “Biotechnology Nanotechnology Converging Technologies” Working Party, OECD and f) scientific committee of the “European Environmental Agency”.
