Bertha Shifeta is a graduating Microbiologist from the department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Biotechnology at the University of Namibia. Her area of focus is Environmental microbiology & biotechnology, specifically on biodiversity, agriculture and water systems. She is a member of the World Youth Parliament for water and presently the Vice chairperson of the Inclusive Green Growth Thematic Action under the European Union-Namibia Youth Sounding Board.
