Nicolás Domke is an Engineer in Plant Biotechnology with a Diploma in Public Policy and Territory. He currently serves as Co-Coordinator General of the Chilean Chapter of the Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN), the formal youth engagement platform in the Convention on Biological Diversity, and as a Youth Representative in the SENA Group of the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub. He has previously served on the Youth Policy Board of the World Food Forum (FAO) and as an Officer of the International Forestry Students' Association (IFSA). With a background in forest genetics and climate change acclimatization processes, he has migrated to the public policy area and the role of stakeholders groups, particularly youth, where he has been able to get involved in global spaces that discuss the transformation of food systems.
