Billy Cronin graduated from University College Cork with a degree in Food Science. At present he works as a Global RDA Scientist within a multinational Taste and Nutrition company. He is at the forefront of creating innovative technologies to counteract food waste and in turn creating a world of sustainable nutrition. Billy is also a part time farmer and is on a journey to Integrate bioeconomy led initiatives onto his farm, striving for sustainable agricultural practices. He has previously attended One Young World and has also represented Ireland at the World Food Forum in 2023 as a youth delegate.
